Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unworn and unwashed, with the hang tags attached (if applicable), in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Some items, such as gift cards, and "Clearance" or "Final Sale" products, cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise specified.

Returns can be made online by mail.

Refunds will be issued in one of the following ways:

All returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Billan Erah Athletics to ensure the best experience for our customers.

Excessive or unreasonable returns, as well as any potential fraud or policy abuse, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns.

Refunds requested beyond 30 days or without proof of purchase may be issued as a Billan Erah Athletics gift card or in accordance with applicable local laws.
